Step 3

Now populate the Data Loader Sheet by copying and pasting data from Excel or any other application

Let's say suppose we have data in Excel Sheet as shown below




and we want to copy this data from Excel Sheet to Data Loader sheet. 

To do it just select all the columns leaving header row in Excel Sheet and copy it

Now cllck on the Data Loader sheet and click on the first data column. This column contains Username which we have just entered in the previous step




Right click on this column and choose "Paste Skipping Key Columns" option as shown below




As soon as you click this option Data Loader will populate all the data fields skipping the Key and mouse click columns as shown below



 To fill all keystrokes and mouse clicks, Click "Key Columns" menu and then click "Auto Fill all Key Columns"



and then Data Loader will automatically fill all the keystrokes and mouse clicks as shown below



Save this sheet and click to load it.
