Macro
Recording
We have now launched the Macro
Recording feature in Forms Data Loader. Now no need to enter the
keystrokes and remember the navigation sequence while creating a
load. Forms Data Loader will help you in preparing Macro Loads.
Just click the
"Create
New by Macro Recording" button then you will get a Window as
shown below
Click "Start Recording" button
and start entering a sample record in your target application.
As you type and click in target
application, Forms Data Loader Recorder records all the
Keystrokes and Mouse clicks.
After entering sample record,
click "Stop Recording" button to stop recording. Then Forms Data
Loader Recorder will show all the items it has recorded in the
spreadsheet. An Example sheet is shown below
Now click "Create Load" button to
create a new sheet with recorded keystrokes and mouse clicks.
You can make the changes to the
sheet i.e. add new items or delete columns as you like. After
you populated the sheet with the data you can click "Start Load"
button to start loading.
